At the heart of our company is a deeply personal journey that led to its inception. Having been a support worker for over ten years, I embarked on a heartfelt mission to make a difference in the lives of those who needed support the most. It all began with a burning desire to provide genuine care and avoid the unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles that families often face when seeking assistance for their loved ones.
Driven by passion for caregiving, I set out to establish a company that would embody the values of family orientation, empathy, respect, and reliability. This vision became a reality with the creation of Glory Care and Support Services.
